Exercise and Morning walk is must need in every body of man and woman.I give many information related exercise and others tips you need in life.In this post i give some information related best man Exercise.This exercise best for six pack.Those man belly is stickout if they want to make a small and beautiful belly then you need those exercise i give you information.This exercise is very simple but very difficulty.You do this exercise slowely slowely and you do this exercise easily.initially you pain in your belly but after your pain is finish.You do this exercise daily.If you do not this exercise daily then you pain again when you do this exercise.You see a picther on the up side.This picther guide you  this exercise.You only follow this steps you see in the picther:

1):First step you lie on your back and hook your feet under the roller pads.
2):Secound step you place your hands gently behind you head.
3):Third step you slowly curl your upper torso and shoulder blades off the bench.
4):Fourth step you do not curl up too high.
5):Fifth step you slowley return to the starting position and repeat 

You do exercise this time you can do easily.You do this exercise daily and increase the period of time this exercise easily.
